HAA STANDBY should start at least 47 hours before HAA CALIBRATION starts if not already scheduled in parallel (ideally this should only be the case for the first flyby and at the start of GCO500, or in case of resources limitations). Default is that HAA STANDBY is always running. HAA CALIBRATION should start 50min before GRAVITY SCIENCE starts (GRAVITY_SCIENCE starts with 10min of KaT warm-up). HAA CALIBRATION should be scheduled before ANY gravity pass
any rule that is used to schedule the observation: repetition rules, continuous (plasma instruments), one-off, every orbit, every day, etc
