MAJ Satellite Limb Scan
Flyby observations of the satellite dayside or nightside limbs with vertical (N-S) slews across track, during yaw-steering phase. Satellite offsets to limb around Y-axis (E-W) before each observation, then satellite offsets around X axis (N-S) between each slit acquisition or continuous slew pointing.
Pointing: S/C slew scan centred a limb ( ‘Limb slew scan mode’).
