start 2 weeks before a FB - once per day before each DL pass,
The basic duration is 1h without slew -
We always add a 30mn slew time before the start of the NAF_FB
--> IF there is a WOL Segment between the NAV_FB and the DL, no additional slew is added, as the WOL segment will already contain the 30 mn slew at the beginning
--> IF there is no WOL segment between the NAV_FB and the DL, the NAV_FB ends at the beginning of the DL segment. No additional slew is added because the DL already contains 30 mn slew at the beginning
