Aurorae event are primarily defined with respect to high phase angles
with a condition also put on the sub-spacecraft latitude
- Find the phase crossing events at 160 deg (for increasing phase values) with sub-spacrecraft latitude above 5 deg (north or south)
- Define a +-5 h window around those events
