Description:
Downlink contact. The name of the ground station is used as identifier.
For the Tour phase: assuming 9 hours duration (including spacecraft slew) from start of station visibility (defined when topographic elevation > 10 deg).
For the Ganymede phases including GCO500: the DL windows are checked for Earth occultation by all bodies, Ganymede, Jupiter, Europa, Callisto and IO - the length of each windows has a minimum of 3h-10 mn
For GCO200: the minimum DL window accepted is 1h after taking into account all Earth occultation
